New piece in Articles of Interest

Garry has written an initial summary of the literature he is studying in relation to his DBA ( yes even I had to ask what that was too, it’s a Doctorate in Business Administration). Although his research is focused on the police service, this article raises some key questions about the role of middle managers in forming and implementing strategy. It also delves into the links between performance and strategy and is well worth a read for everyone.
